In Canterbury, London, and across the UK, the team offers a wide range of property services working with both residential and commercial properties: local surveying experts who know the likely issues that can occur with buildings in their area.

The surveying services comprise comprehensive property and building reports that cover structural problems and market values developed to your needs with pre/post-survey advice.

Many surveyors have extensive experience with property law and problem-solving that allows them to diagnose issues that may present a serious danger to you as the property owner. Survey reports are compliant with industry standards.

Our Values

We prize our customer service above everything else and work hard to ensure that the service is delivered to you in a timely manner and meets a very high standard of quality.

On average, we return calls and emails to clients same day as part of good communication.

Among the surveyors on our panel, many of whom are RICS, RPSA and/or CIOB members, the discussion of any survey is conducted with attention to detail. That’s because the surveyors not only know a great deal about the properties they survey; they appreciate the value of the work needed for property buyers.

Are you considering a property purchase in Canterbury?

One of the notable organisers of RICS building surveys and RICS HomeBuyer reports in the United Kingdom, Canterbury Surveyors, can help you with your project.

Our panel of Chartered Surveyors and Structural Engineers help you assess the property condition in order to establish what you’re really buying.

As “buying real estate is the biggest investment you will ever make”, be sure to purchase a true survey that goes way beyond the mortgage lender’s valuation report.

Why get a Building Survey in Canterbury?

As a mortgage lender’s valuation is not a property survey, you will need to instruct your own building surveyor to assess the property condition. This is very important, considering that a substantial amount of capital is being invested in a house purchase.

Your building survey will involve a full structural inspection advising on the building condition and what repairs are required so that you can budget accordingly.

When can you expect the report to arrive?

Under normal circumstances, the survey report should be ready in a week. However, if your request involves property valuations or lease-related matters, it may take a bit longer.

We will send the report to you via email as soon as we confirm that your payment has gone through.

If you would prefer to receive the report in hard copy, that is also an option to enquire about.

We are fortunate to have a panel consisting of many experienced and capable Chartered Surveyors who carry out surveys and valuations in Canterbury. Different regulatory bodies accredit the various individuals within our panel. You might have heard of some of them: RICS, CIOB, RPSA, etc.
